||Just follow Steps:
- Accomplish the Application Form available at the Office of College Registrar.
- Secure the required Signature.
- Submit the form to the office of the College Registrar for assesment of Fees.
- Pay the assesed amount at the Acounting Office and Have the form validated by the Cashier.
- Return the Form to the Office of the College Registrar and present the Official Reciept.
- On the scheduled date of release indicated on the return slip / official reciept, claim the requested documents at the Office of College Registrar.
Note: All Documents will be released after Seven (7) working days upon application.
